Hello! Welcome to Lenni Lenny, I specialize in prenatal and postnatal yoga. I’ve been teaching for 7 years, and i adore connecting with people through movement. I want to bring you fun and uplifting yoga classes to start your day. A space where we breath, move and connect with other expectant mothers, all on a similar journey of motherhood.

"I first signed up to Rachel’s pregnancy yoga during my second trimester of pregnancy. I did one face to face class and then lockdown hit and the course went online. Every week would centre around my Wednesday class and to say I loved this course was an understatement. It was relaxing, fun and I could do it in the comfort of my own home. Rachel is a wonderful teacher, always smiling and such a lovely positive person. Once I had my baby I honestly missed the class so much! Highly recommend any pregnant friends."
“ I have thoroughly enjoyed the last 10 weeks of pregnancy yoga with Rachel. As a newbie to yoga, I wasn’t sure what to expect but each week, during and after class, my body felt the most relaxed and the loosest it’s felt in a long time. I learned a lot about my body and what it can still do during pregnancy! The exercises, breathing techniques and relaxation are things I will bring into my final days of pregnancy and beyond. The online aspect was great for me too. Being able to join from home was really handy. Rachel also sends the link from the class each week after class, so you can do it in your own time if you can’t make the live class for any reason.
